Roccoco offers shipping for delivery within Australia and internationally via Australia Post.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. Purchases made over the weekend or on a public holiday will be posted on the next business day.

Standard: $10 or free for orders over $150 (4-7 business days)
Express: $13 (1-3 business days)
Delivery to SA, WA, NT and regional areas may take between 4-8 days.

New Zealand
Standard: $16 or free for orders over $150 (5-10 business days)

Europe & UK
Standard: $26 or free for orders over $300 (approx. 10-15 business days)

United States & Canada
Standard: $21 or free for orders over $300 (approx. 10-15 business days)

Asia & Oceania
Standard: $19 or free for orders over $300 (approx. 10-15 business days)

Rest of World International shipping
Standard: $30 or free for orders over $300 (approx. 15-25 business days)

For international orders purchased with a credit or debit card, a security check will take place to verify your order. This may delay the dispatch of the order. Please check your email for details, if this applies to you.

Once an order is dispatched, Roccoco can not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit. We recommend shipping to a safe place or workspace.

Duties & Taxes

Please note, all prices displayed on our website include Australian Good & Services Tax (GST) for orders shipped within Australia. For international orders, prices displayed do not include any additional taxes or duties that may be imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. Any additional taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.
