Lapel Pins

Lapel pins have a long history, dating back to ancient Egypt. Worn predominantly by men to promote status or social rank, they became a fashion accessory for men and women in the 20^th century. We’re currently seeing a resurgence in popularity, with high end fashion houses designing pins that feature on runways and red carpets.

For the many of us that don’t frequent red carpet events, it’s great to see more men exploring the realm of both brooches and pins. At roccoco, we’ve expanded our range to include smaller scale brooches that sit discretely on a lapel.
