Returns

Roccoco hopes you will love the prices you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item/s, roccoco will provide you with a refund or credit note for returns requested within 30 days (from the date of your order) for items that meet the following criteria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

We recommend that you contact our team at hello@roccoco.au before purchasing if you have any questions about a product.

To start a return, contact us at hello@roccoco.au for a return authorisation number (RA#). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RA# and return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a RA# will not be accepted. All returns must be requested and posted back within 10 days of receiving your item. 

Roccoco reserves the right to refuse a return if the returns criteria is not met. Returns must be posted back at the customer’s expense and this cost is non-refundable. Roccoco cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns so we recommend using a traceable form of shipping. 

Sale items and items purchased during a promotion cannot be returned.  

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend yo u make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been authorised. Alternatively, you can request your preferred exchanged item when requesting a return with us. Additional postage costs may apply.  

If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded back to your original payment method. Please note that refunds do not include any postage costs from your order. The item/s price will be refunded only. Please also note it can take a few business days for the refund balance to clear into your nominated bank account or payment method. 


Please contact us immediately if the item you receive is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Faulty or damaged items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is given. Incorrect items received will be rectified immediately by refund or replacement.
